Sifu Adam Mizner
Sifu Adam Mizner is the founder of the Heaven Man Earth school of Taijiquan encompassing the tradition of Huang Sheng Shyan and Yang Shao Hou.
Adam has also dedicated many years to the in-depth study of Daoism, western Hermetics and the Buddha Dhamma is initiated into and teaches methods from these traditions. He is a senior lay disciple of Ajahn Jumnien in the Thai Forest tradition of Theravada Buddhism. This deep spiritual background has a large influence on his approach to Tai Chi and internal development teaching
Andy Mack
Andy Mack is a senior Instructor, who having travelled and trained with Sifu Mizner for many years, he has an in-depth knowledge of the art. Now based in London, Andy supports the school’s growth in Europe by mentoring and training the instructors and running regular workshops throughout Europe.
